We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on orders unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos and we’ll sort it out.
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Custom orders may take a little longer
Currently, we ship PAN India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link/details via the contact information provided at checkout. You can use this to follow your order until it reaches you.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and other available online payment methods through Razorpay at checkout.
